Sr. Siew Yee Hoong has over 15 years of professional experience in matters relating to the real estate industry and property management. He has been providing consulting services to Management Corporations, Joint Management Bodies and building owners on operation and maintenance matters. He is a Fellow member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (FRISM), a member of PEPS(MPEPS), the Treasurer General of Malaysia Institute of Professional Facilities Management (FMIPFM) and a Reps from MIPFM for the Property Management Committee (PMC) of LPPEH.

Mr. Kuan You Wai is a specialist contractor in building repair and rectification for the past 21 years. His intuition in trouble-shooting and urge to go the extra miles in search for causes and solutions particularly in leakage, leak detection, concrete repair and protection has led him to develop holistic insights into building pathology in the buildings in Malaysia. He has been appointed as an instructor in inter-floor leakage by the Tribunal of Home Buyer Claim and Strata Management, various Commissioners of Buildings, University of Malaya and a number of professional bodies.

Mr. Moo Chun Shyan holds a Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Marketing and started his career in the building construction industry since 2014. Currently, as the Manager in Project Division from Nippon Paint (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Total Coating Solutions Provider). He leads a refurbishment team and works closely with Joint Management Body (JMB), Management Corporation (MC) and property management agencies.
