NIPPON PAINT 8048 GF is a very high solid and two-pack high build epoxy polyamide cured coating. It can be applied in one application to a dry film thickness of 250 microns. It combines superior barrier with excellent wetting and adhesive characteristics. The glass flakes will further enhance the mechanical and chemical resistance of the coating. It can be applied over wire brushed rusty steel where abrasive blasting is not possible. NIPPON PAINT 8048 GF can be used either as a high build primer or a self-priming high build finish under non-immersion service.
