Nippon Paint Epoxy Xpress Zinc Phosphate Primer is a two-pack polyamide cured epoxy coating with zinc phosphate pigment. It is a fast-drying epoxy, which has superior adhesive properties with excellent wetting characteristics. It can be applied over wire brushed rusty steel where abrasive blasting is not possible. It capable of providing up to 200 microns dry film thickness per coat. It is used as primer in atmospheric environments and its unique combination of anti-corrosion pigments able to provide excellent corrosion resistance in any environments.
